Refund & Returns

  •  Please contact us at support@artikigai.com and provide the required details to raise a ticket. We’ll help sort things out
  • Customers can raise a return request within 48 hours after an order has been delivered. 
  • If you have received a defective / Wrong product, send us the images on support@artikigai.com and we will get back to you.
  • Once your return request is verified by our support team reverse pickup will be initiated from our end and once they are picked up the refund/exchange will be provided.
  • If the reverse pickup service to your address pin code is not available we would ask you to Ship/Courier to return us the product.
  • All refunds will be processed within 5-7 Days.
